Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview

BookishFlow allows order cancellations within a limited time window. This policy ensures fairness for both buyers and sellers. Please read carefully before cancelling your order.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

When Cancellation is Not Allowed

  • More than 24 hours have passed since placing the order
  • The seller has already shipped the item (even if within 24 hours)
  • The order status has changed to "Shipped" or "In Transit"
  • Digital products (eBooks, sample papers) after download access has been granted
  • Custom or personalized orders that have entered production

Seller Ships Before 24 Hours

If the seller ships the order before the 24-hour window expires, the cancellation request will be automatically declined. This is because the item is already in transit and cannot be retrieved.

Tip: If you need to cancel urgently, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order at support.bookishflow@gmail.com.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your BookishFlow account
  2. Navigate to My Orders from your profile
  3. Find the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click Cancel Order if the option is available
  5. Select a reason for cancellation
  6. Confirm the cancellation

Note: If the cancellation is successful, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
